Formula used

Estimated revenue = monthly pageviews ÷ 1,000 × page RPM

Worked example

For 100,000 pageviews and a page RPM assumption of 4.50, the simple estimate is 450 currency units for that month. Actual results can differ materially.

Interpret the result carefully

The result reflects only the assumptions entered above. It may omit factors that matter in a real reporting, accounting, tax or business context. Use consistent currencies and time periods, and verify important inputs against the source records that apply to your situation.

For advertising estimates, actual revenue depends on factors beyond pageviews and a selected RPM assumption. For business calculations, the completeness of your cost inputs changes the result. The tool is intended for learning and scenario planning, not a guarantee or individualized professional advice.
